Visited Ittina Mahavir to check out the status of the flat of my friend Sharat.
Facade/outer gate: Still not completed. Met the security guy at the makeshift gate, he directed me to the site office inside. While moving inside, i noticed few buildings in the front have been colored from outside and people have started living in.
The site engineer guy was assigned to show me the flat.
The guy told me, the moment the amount is paid, they will get the flat ready in 20 days (which i doubt, because it will take in access of 45 days)
The entire project the guy said will be completed in 7 months, but seeing their attitude it might take another two years to complete
